In a few days, students will fill the campus, ready for a new academic year. Those of us in Student Financial Services look forward to welcoming them to the Fall 2018 term at Samford! Along with the beginning of a new term come deadlines that should be met. We hope you will find the below information to be helpful to you in the next weeks as your student begins this new semester. Please know you may contact us at 205.726.2816 or at broffice@samford.edu if you ever have any questions concerning your student's account.

All student accounts must be paid in full by Tuesday, September 4. If your account is not paid in full by the end of the day on the 4th, we will cancel your student's enrollment. A schedule of due dates and billing dates can be found at samford.edu/go/sfs.

In lieu of paying in full on or by the 4th, you may enroll in Samford’s payment plan. For more information concerning the payment plan, please visit samford.edu/go/sfs. The plan will consist of a down payment plus a $75 enrollment fee and then three payments on the 5th of October, November, and December. This is the only available payment plan. Official enrollment is required.

Your financial account may be viewed at samford.edu/go/ebill. Please visit it often in the days ahead to know your account balance and ensure you are paid in full.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid remains available for students who may need federal financial aid during the 2018-2019 academic year. The FAFSA must be filed each year in order to access such aid. For more information, please go to fafsa.gov.

Please know our team is available to assist you in any way we can. Contact us and let’s see what we can do!
